Saugerties Marina has convenient boat rentals to the Hudson River. Several Bald Eagles have been nesting nearby, as well as Herons and Cormorants. Beaver have also been spotted in the Esopus Creek. Renting a kayak or pontoon boat from Saugerties Marina is the best way to get up close to this beautiful wildlife along the Esopus Creek and Hudson River. You can plan a fishing trip with friends, a day out on the boat with family or just peacefully paddle solo.
